  • I would like to share my idea and practice of Asana and its philosophy.
  • Apart from asana (usually yoga means asana) I would like to share practice on how to sit align and long time in meditation so that meditation may happen.
  • How to Breath properly so that body and mind could be in harmony and focus which lead one into natural path of meditation.
  •  How to relax the tension of the muscles and joints to let go all the anxiety and tension which one usually unknowingly hold.
  •  Once meditation start happening how to deepen one's meditation to ward Samadhi.
