I would like to share my idea and practice of Asana and its philosophy.

Apart from asana (usually yoga means asana) I would like to share practice on how to sit align and long time in meditation so that meditation may happen.

How to Breath properly so that body and mind could be in harmony and focus which lead one into natural path of meditation.

How to relax the tension of the muscles and joints to let go all the anxiety and tension which one usually unknowingly hold.

Once meditation start happening how to deepen one's meditation to ward Samadhi.
